Terms and Conditions

  • I acknowledge and understand that the session fee, paid to reserve my preferred date and time, does not cover the purchase of any digital images or printed artwork. Digital images and printed artwork will be made available for purchase separately from the session fee after the session is completed. The overall cost of digital images may range anywhere from $150 for a single digital image to several thousand dollars for dozens of images and printed artwork. Full pricing guide available upon request of the client.

  • m.Clemm photography is not liable for any illness contracted or injuries sustained during photo sessions. Each member of the client’s group participates at their own risk.

  • m.Clemm photography retains the copyright of all images and edits, and images created from your session may be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, printed materials, and website use. Images taken by m.Clemm photography will not be edited or altered by the client in any way.

  • Clients will have the right to print and/or display their purchased images for personal use only.

  • The photographer (m.Clemm photography) will appear at the agreed upon location at the scheduled time and will wait 15 minutes for the client to arrive. If there is no communication from the client and the client fails to arrive within those 15 minutes, the photographer may leave and attempt further communication to reschedule the session.

  • The photographer (m.Clemm photography) reserves the right to refuse to photograph words and/or imagery that may be considered offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, slurs, hate speech, and racist symbols.

  • The retainer paid by the client to the photographer at the time of session scheduling is non-refundable and may be transferred to the rescheduling of a session one time only (with the exception of heavy rain or other unsafe weather conditions). Any further attempts to reschedule the session will require a second retainer, and the first retainer will be forfeited.
